Description
The first app on the App Store with a true RECEIVER plugin for Ableton Link Audio. AudioPipeline is set of three AUv3 plugins — Send (audio effect) and Receive (instrument/effect) — that stream live audio between AUv3 hosts and devices over your local network. No cables, no virtual ports, no central server, no internet required. Powered by Ableton Link Audio, AudioPipeline interoperates with any other Link-Audio-aware app and works between apps on the same device, between two devices wired by USB or Ethernet, or across the same Wi-Fi. While Send-style plugins exist elsewhere, AudioPipeline is the first App Store release to ship a fully-featured Receive plugin — an 8-channel network mixer you load like an instrument and route inside your DAW. KEY FEATURES • Send plugin (aufx) — insert on any track to publish its audio as a named network channel. • Receive plugin (aumu, aufx) — first-of-its-kind on the App Store. Subscribe to up to 8 incoming streams at once. • Per-strip controls — mute, gain (-42 to +16 dB), pan, stereo level meter, and assignable output bus (1–8). • Multi-output routing — 8 stereo buses exposed to multi-out hosts (AUM, Logic Pro for iPad, Cubasis, Drambo, TheRack). Single-bus hosts (GarageBand) auto-sum. • Optional resampler on Send — 44.1 / 48 / 88.2 / 96 kHz for peers with no recampling capability on receiver side. • Plugin Delay Compensation — Receiver plugin report latency so the host keeps everything in time. USE CASES • Bridge two AUv3 hosts on one iPad — route a synth in app A into a recording track in app B with very low latency. • Stream between iPad and iPhone — over Wi-Fi, USB-C, or Ethernet dock. • Send iOS audio to desktop compatible hosts or plugins. • Build a multi-track network mixer — one Send per track in app A, one Receive with up to 8 strips in app B, each routed to its own bus for independent EQ and effects. • Parallel processing — subscribe to the same source twice and run two different effect chains on different buses. Powered by Ableton Link Audio. Local-network only — does not require or use the internet.
