BrewCraftSci is a fermentation and brewing data management application designed for homebrewing enthusiasts, allowing you to manage batch records, yeast activity, flavor assessments, and stability evaluations all within a single application. You can create a complete profile for each batch of wine: wine and style, fermentation tank and volume, initial sugar content and fermentation temperature, expected number of days, etc.; record yeast activity by observation date—fermentation stage, proliferation and sedimentation, sugar reduction and effervescence, aroma and activity score, and mark risks; perform flavor tests for each batch, recording bitterness, alcohol content, and multi-dimensional taste scores; and perform stability evaluations, recording clarity, foam, sediment, and risk level. The homepage provides an overview and recent batch statistics, while individual batch details pages show activity trends and related yeast, flavor, and stability records. The application includes a built-in ABV calculator (OG/FG °P) and IBU estimation tool, and provides a recipe library (Pilsner, IPA, Hefeweizen, Stout, Pale Ale, etc.), allowing you to create batches with a single click from templates. It supports exporting all data to JSON or CSV for easy backup and secondary analysis. By using scientific recording methods, every brewing process can be reproduced and improved.
