Build the chain. Each word links to the next. Linkd is a daily word puzzle. You get one word to start, then have to find the next word in the chain — and it has to form a real compound or common phrase with the one before it. BLACK to BLACKOUT, OUT to OUTBACK, BACK to BACKPACK. Keep going until you finish the chain or run out of strikes. New puzzle every day. Same chain for everyone. Three difficulty modes. HOW IT WORKS - A new word chain every day, same for everyone - 6 to 10 words per chain - Adjacent words always form a real compound or phrase - 4 strikes before the puzzle ends - First word is given, you build from there THREE MODES - Easy: first letter, word length, and extra hints after each strike - Medium: first letter and length only - Hard: just the first letter Your difficulty shows up in your share string, so friends can see if you took the harder path. FRIENDS AND LEADERBOARDS Share your result. Friends share theirs. Paste them into the Friends tab to see a daily leaderboard and track streaks.
