MarkdownToPDF PRO turns Markdown documents into clean, print-ready PDFs on your Mac. Start from the workflow you already use. Right-click Markdown files in Finder folders you explicitly allow, import files from the toolbar, or drag them into the app window. Each request is added to a queue, so you can convert one file at a time or process a batch. Version 1.4 makes the workflow more visual and flexible. You can preview a PDF before converting, check the layout and page count, and adjust the render configuration before committing to an export. Built-in render templates help you start quickly, while custom configurations let you refine page size, margins, theme, fonts, code styling, table style, table of contents behavior, and headers and footers. The renderer is built for technical writing and long-form documents. It supports headings with PDF outline bookmarks, clickable internal and external links, relative-path images, GFM-style tables, blockquotes, code blocks with built-in syntax highlighting, TeX-style math rendered by MathJax, and Mermaid diagrams. Pagination keeps tables, images, code blocks, formulas, and diagrams together whenever possible. Conversion history keeps the work traceable. Open finished PDFs, reveal them in Finder, retry failed jobs, copy error summaries, or update queued request settings before conversion. File access stays local and explicit with macOS sandboxing, security-scoped bookmarks, and Finder actions limited to the folders you choose.
