Your guide to Vitalist Bay 2026, the four-day longevity festival at Lighthaven, Berkeley (May 14–17). Vitalist Bay is the official companion app for attendees of the event. Sign in with your registered email to access: • Your digital ticket: a high-contrast QR code for badge check-in at the registration desk and at every session entry. Add it to Apple Wallet for instant access from your lock screen. • Live program: the full four-day schedule across every venue, with bookmarking, day filters, conflict warnings, and a "Now / Up Next" view that updates throughout the day. • Lighthaven map: every venue mapped, with active sessions highlighted in real time as the event unfolds. • Attendee directory: browse other attendees who've consented to share their profile. Filter by speakers, workshop leads, instructors, volunteers, staff, or the general attendee population. • Direct messaging: connect privately with other attendees. Long-press any message to report; tap the kebab in any thread to block; full mod controls in our hands. • Photo gallery: capture moments from the event and submit them for inclusion in the public gallery (each photo reviewed by an admin before publication). • Session ratings: rate sessions you've attended and leave optional feedback for organizers. • Event guide: venue info, code of conduct, transportation, WiFi, FAQ, and emergency contacts, all available offline. The app is invitation-only: sign-in is restricted to registered attendees. Your data sharing is fully under your control: granular per-field toggles for what other attendees see, opt-in notifications, and one-tap account deletion.
